Thank you for choosing Ad Astra Network. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our training services, including any job application services provided upon completion of the course. Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our training services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access the training course.
1. Use of Our Training Services

2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in our training services and the content provided through our training services are owned by us or our licensors.
2.2 License to User Content: By providing any content through our training services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly perform, publicly display, and create derivative works of such content in connection with our provision of the training services.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Fees: You agree to pay all fees specified for our training services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR TRAINING SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. Indemnification
6.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ad Astra Network and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our training services.
